30 Days of Creativity

It seems 30 Days of Creativity is nearly upon us, and I still haven't decided what I'll do. My initial thought was to play it by ear and just create *something* every day. But then I heard rumblings of more grandiose projects, and that old competitive streak surfaced.

I came up with some interesting ideas, but most were video, and I simply can't afford the technology to support that right now. For example:
  • 30-day improv mystery movie (like those role-play dinner parties), one scene per day
  • 30 days of conversations with my cat (she's very philosophical)
  • 30 days of interviews about the Cathedral Hill monster (what? you haven't heard?)
  • ...
Actually, I guess I only had three ideas.

Maybe I can do something with pencils. Thirty days of perfectly sharpened pencils. Yes, there's a winner.

Thirty days of hand puppets.

Thirty days of photographing bare feet and food. Stomp that salami!

Thirty days of sidewalk chalk in the city.

Thirty days of Liquid Paper - where you'd least expect it.

Thirty days of office supply haiku.

Thirty days of letters to the Pope.

Thirty days of thrift store outfits.

Thirty days of extreme close ups. Pores FTW!

Thirty days of Nickelback parodies.

Thirty days of dramatic cartoons.

Thirty days of corn. All corn, all the time.

Thirty days of sunglasses on animals.

Thirty days of clouds.

Thirty days of papier mache insects. How the heck do you spell that?

Thirty days of new dance moves.

Thirty days of outrageous hairdos.

Thirty days of Photoshopping celebrities.

Thirty days of triangles!

Hmmm... maybe I should keep thinking. I'll get there. Hope everyone has a great Memorial Day weekend. Look forward to seeing your creativity in June!
